Cuban Black Bean and Sweet Pepper Salad

15 oz. can of black beans
1/2 cup chopped orange or yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
small red onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. olive oil

Toss beans, peppers, onion, and parsley.  Whisk together lemon juice, garlic and cumin, and toss lightly with bean/pepper mixture.  Chill and serve.
