Rosemary Mashed Butternut Squash

Peel and chop butternut squash into large cubes.  Place butternut and a sprig or two of fresh rosemary (wrapped in cheese cloth) into a pot of water, and boil until squash is tender.  Drain, remove rosemary, add a little butter and cream, and mash the squash for a delicious side dish.
